I really like it at the Schloss Café. Outside you sit very nicely in front of the castle. Inside vaulted hall and very well maintained. We had 2 breakfast buffets there and were very impressed. We didn't miss anything and really enjoyed it. Great and nice service, like everywhere in Husum. Recommendation!

We went to the breakfast buffet as a family and unfortunately a bit disappointed. There were e.g. no onion meat, no bacon or sausages. There was 1 kind of muesli, cornflakes and natural yoghurt ... little choice. We would have liked to have tasted fruit salad or yogurt / quark. There was a mini carafe of orange juice per table, reorder costs extra. There was also no water at the buffet. Boiled eggs were only available in rock hard form, several guests asked for salt, unfortunately it was not obvious that a salt shaker was integrated in the lid of the pepper mill. When the bill came it was simply assumed that our daughter is already over 14, which was not the case. The quality of the food is ok, but little choice for the price and we'll go back to CJ Schmidt next time.

Very nice little café in the castle courtyard, very nice atmosphere, very nice service and the most important delicious cakes and drinks and all at a fair price. Cake is freshly baked every day and is from our own ring, definitely recommended.

I would like to point out something to the visitors in advance. Most of the staff in this cafe have a disability. You are hearing impaired or deaf. So please be patient with the staff, who are all very friendly. The cafe has a beautiful ambience and the prices are very reasonable. A little hint. Afterwards, you should definitely take a walk in the neighboring castle park.

A very commendable facility, as they hire and promote disabled people here. Moreover, it is a very beautiful, light vault within the Husum castle courtyard.

Very tasteful, new furniture, very delicious cake from our own production, friendly, fast service. Particularly noteworthy is that it is an institution of the Diakonisches Werk, in which people with disabilities can train and work. That should be supported !!! Price / performance is perfect, as you can see in the photo, the cake pieces are huge at fair prices!

Nice cozy cafe with delicious cake. Outdoor seats and parking available. Price-performance is right. Very friendly staff. Will certainly go back when we are in Husum.

Today had a very unfortunate experience with this cafe. We fled to the cafe over the side entrance before a heavy downpour and heavy thunderstorm (no sign that dogs are not welcome). In the café, we were immediately thrown out again rigorously, because we had a dog with us. That meant we had to get out in the pouring rain. Put us under a screen, which was provocatively folded. We then put ourselves under the side and then came the climax, they asked us what we want to order (in the pouring rain under a projection). From our side there was no bad word, just the hint, you can also say friendly, that dogs are not welcome and above all respect due to the weather. Thanks to the other guests in the café who supported us and expressed their regrets over the reference. Tip to animal lovers: in Husum there are other nice cafes and the frisons are not all so stubborn.

The castle café please inside a unique atmosphere. Since it is located in the castle vaults, the café is very pleasant even on hot summer days. The selection of cakes is not huge, but especially for tourists, the café is also a must because of its location.

A visit to this cafe is worthwhile not only because of the delicious cake but also because of the nice staff! In addition, the exemplary project of TSBW Husum is supported with each visit !!! ?

Unfortunately there aren't many seats outside and the ambience inside isn't that nice. The service could be friendlier and more attentive. The sanitary facilities are very clean, modern and well-kept, which should be a castle café. The cakes are okay, the hot chocolate tastes very high quality. As mentioned by others, the prices are a bit excessive.

Cafe in an impressive castle atmosphere. Cake, tea and coffee are quite acceptable. Service is very hard and friendly. It is a training company, so you should be lenient when a little thing goes wrong. Hand tame choice: fruit tartlet with Earl Gray tea.
